Comfort

When I think of what I have to offer to other people, I first think of comfort. I offer a kind of comfort that brings peace, ease and refuge. It is a gift I want to bring, and am able because I know what it is like.

Comfort relies on an abundance of support, but comfort mainly is the relaxed feeling of being just who one is. Comfort rises from a kind of validation, an acknowledgement.

I want to offer the feeling of being a full and recognized person, full of radiance and wonder. Offering comfort is a way of affirming someone’s brilliant presence.

No one needs to be anything more or make any changes to receive what I offer. I want to give comfort to all my companions, to all who accompany me.
